Return and Refund Policy

• Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

• Return Shipping: Because our products are shipped via Freight (LTL), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 20% apply to non-defective returns.

• Once we receive your return, please allow 12 business days for your refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.

• Defective Items: If your booth arrives damaged or defective, must be reported to us within 48 hours to be eligible for a full refund  or replacement without a stocking fee.
