Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Method: All our booths are shipped via Freight (LTL) on a pallet to ensure safe arrival.
Shipping Areas: We currently ship to the Continental United States.
Processing Time (Handling): Because each booth is [inspected/prepped], please allow 10–12 business days for your order to be processed before it leaves our factory.
Transit Time: Once picked up by the freight carrier, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.
Total Delivery Time: You can expect your booth to arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of order.
Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate freight shipping based on your delivery zone and the number of booths ordered. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Requirements: Freight deliveries are "curbside." The carrier will contact you via the phone number provided to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to inspect and sign for the shipment
